With all due respect JayJ , I'm not new to investing. I made my first stock purchase in 1982. A little company called Breakwater Resources. They were eventually bought out in June 2011. I just hope I don't have to wait as long for a decision on CUU , lol .

I don't know how to look at the current situation anymore , glass half full or glass half empty. The fact that they haven't set a new timeline can be interpreted as either good or bad based on an individual's optimism or lack of. All I'm asking at this point is a little transparency from management.

I have no intention of selling so don't mistake my frustration for anything but. I have plenty of patience.

In recent years I bought Palm , Western Coal , and Potash One at great entry points and held them to buy out. I've had some stinkers along the way as well , Oilexco and Worldcom come to mind where I wish I hadn't been so patient.

The point i'm trying to make is posters on this board shouldn't tell me to sell if I don't like the delays . I will make my own decisions so don't make it personal for my seeking some accountability from management .
