hey Pat. imo some of the posts about web are merited. i too dont like bashing and some of his have been more than a critique of mgmt and borderline bash. i must say its been some of these top vocal posts that try to sway the group that i'm certain are the ones that frustrate mgmt and make them say things like "you cant believe the stuff on the bullboards" and "people should pick up the phone and call us instead of listenng some of the garbage being posted out there"

people need to get some thick skin too.
