I agree with all 4 points but I don't think we get 4 out of 4. First of all we are not well financed. We keep a minimal amount of cash in the bank and we regularly rely on share offerings at the current share price. We have a billionaire ready to give us cash, but that is not the same as having cash in the bank. Second of all, we are not near a major producing mine. Teck owns a good chunk of land near us but this is not the same as having a producing mine nearby. Other than that I agree that we have #1 and #3 taken care of.
