One possibility is that it's not just "Yes we will see the BFS" and "No we won't see the BFS" but, we'll see key numbers from the BFS (NPV, Capex, Opex, IRR, Cost per pound etc.) but we won't release the full BFS, therefore not triggering the 120day clock or the Liard share transfer - and then shortly after, or concurrently recieve an offer for the lands - which leads to both Teck and CUU shareholders being able to make an informed decision, appeasing people - but getting around the negatives for the BFS being released.
