I can't visualize a back-in scenario or buyout without public disclosure of the BFS

I think the potential for legal action would be substantial if that course was chosen

The range of potential valuation is simply too broad for management to even consider blind siding the non-insider share holders

..and it is further complicated by that very massive insider position

Can't see it

Don't think Elmer would consider it

If I am wrong, and we get taken out for a figure on the low side of the potential valuation speculation, I'll be among the first to contribute to the class action suit
