Lots of good questions Webgogs, and I think what you point out well here, is that there are 101 variables that could affect the capex, our asking price, and our negotiations with Teck ultimately. Way too many moving parts in this equation for anyone to actually get a precise read and number on it, especially without the BFS or really intimate knowledge of the area and CUU's possible options. Once the BFS comes then we have an idea for Liard/Paramount.

You mention, "Next, the new layout and the port facility give us a 80 million a year savings." How do you figure on such a precise number and savings? Did they mention some of the new layout already or its cost savings? Elmer talked about the increase in costs if we had to truck the concentrate to Vancouver for example, but I don't think this was ever the original plan for shipping, to go through Vancouver. They made a really bright move pre-reserving the port facility in Stewart.

You also mention, "The new design for inter transport and the mill site with roads and power should keep this below 4 billion." You must know something I don't here. I keep hearing about capex going up, including TetraTech feasibility studies (250 studies globally this year) and it will be interesting to see how far the refinements go in mitigating this trend. I will be amazed if we keep it below $4 billion, especially with a substantial increase in tpd. But then again, quite a few here and in management think it can be done still. We'll see soon.

My only certainty is that we're substantially undervalued at present. Bring on the BFS ... hmm, think it will hit 1000 downloads the first day on SEDAR? I'd expect so - should make a nice splash in junior markets that are starting to see some more investment but still sucking wind big time.
