Good idea to have a different hub leader process a violation as you mention WN (if the violation is reported by another hub leader). Not sure the best answer to the imperfect system or the exact how/why of gaining/losing hub leader status.

I guess everyone should keep gaining points by posting and getting decent ratings, and all can become hub leaders? We could all have a post delete war - just kidding :)

I don't really see a suitable answer however as all hub leaders have varying biases, opinions and interpretations on what's acceptable. I guess we could vote on hub leaders and only have a few, but then again, we're already kind of doing that by rating people and their posts ... just letting more join the club than restricting it to a few.

I took a look at the Noront resources hub, and oh my (said in a George Takei voice), there are a lot of hub leaders there compared to the CUU hub. Wonder how that is working for them.
