Lois, I think money and the pursuit of money has historically been more divisive than anything, short of religion.
I don't know people who get along all the time in any aspect of life: husbands and wives, siblings, co-workers, best friends or neighbours.
There are always going to be differences of opinion. It's a matter of discussing these things in a civil manner.
You'll notice I don't resort to name calling, but I'm not one to sit idly by when I see inconsistencies and unfairness. The number of recommends on some of those types of posts shows a good number of people agree.
This is first and foremost a place to discuss the pros and cons of Copper Fox (outside of delays, I know of very few cons) but it is a community and there will occasionally be clashes.
Ideally all of the personal stuff would be relegated to the off-topic forum or even be addressed through PMs, but it often seems to stray here to the main CUU forum. For that I apologize.
But I firmly believe some of these sideline issues really do need to be discussed. Turning a blind eye to them will result in newcomers remaining unaware, increasing frustration among some longtime members and won't lead to Agoracom becoming an even better place where people can exchange ideas.
