I heard they were in lock down. That means a small number of people have the final numbers and won't talk. We all know based on past numbers the BFS is good. Still, this has not moved the markets. Today should rebound just because the sellers are also limited. I didn't get many shares this morning. If they drag the BFS on that will definately be an abuse of the process. I can't see them doing that. One issue I have is getting the cost out of them. Elmer knows why I was trying to dig that out. 2.3% is a typical cost and that reveals capex. So far I can only account for up to about 3 billion. Is the PP open to that last minute to keep others guessing at the cap? Probably.
