WG is giving out his own unsubstantiated opinion again. According to some that went to the Toronto show on Sept 27th and talked with Mike directly ( Generaledger was one and there was another also that said the same thing ) the review process had already started some days before. We are into the 3rd week of the review if that is the case. I am giving it until Oct 31 but I think we will see it by next week.
