Nova and Galore could be a double edged sword. If those interest who looked first at Galore and passed were coming to us next that would be very good BFS or not. Leaving a PP open this long when your insider spoke for them is an irregularity and a clue at the same time. That doesn't mean it expires and they have to do it again to pay for the services for the BFS later when it finally does come. Oh just for everyone's pleasure.
