Tax loss will have minimal or no effect on CUU. With insiders owning 60%, the other 40% is mostly held in hands of investors in for the long run. There may be some day traders selling and I think those numbers will be low. However, if this was to drag on, some investors in CUU may be forced to liquidate some or all of their positions due to margin calls or tax implications. I personally do not think we will have to wait much longer as I do believe that if there was to be any serious delay, CUU management would have advised the public as they have done in the past.
