I am okay with management not focussing on the day to day share price fluctuations. I am NOT okay with management ignoring the overall slump our share price has seen. Share price is important. It prevents dilution and gives us access to capital. Turning down a 2 dollar buyout is a lot easier to do when the share price is at 2.50 versus 1.10.
