That is essentially what I was implying Magic and it works alongside the timing of the latest PP.

September 10th: Latest PP announced (remains open)

End of September: received BFS, meetings with directors, peer review, etc.

EE is then blacked out at the end of September as he is privy to the BFS/insider information. Thus his warrants do not expire.

Maybe that is the hold up on the announcement of the closing of the PP. I suppose we will find out by next week, however there may be no issue with the closing of the PP as it was announced prior to the speculated blackout? Again, I am not well versed in this regard.

I hope this speculated blackout has reached DM and ES as it is related to negotiations and not BFS numbers. I think that is what we are all saying, essentially…
