Spike down. Let it float up so people don't panick and do the same the next day. This is the pattern from the Stifel high days. It's been repeated a couple more times. I'm tempted to call Elmer and ask if and when the review by Merit started so I can figure out where this is going to settle. 30 more days of this and we'll be sitting 68 cents.
