I'm really confused by the whole black out thing.

Sept 10 - Copper Fox announces a PP of $4M with Ernesto (link here)

Sept 30 - Ernesto's warrants from Oct 3, 2011 should have expired (link here)

So what may have happened is between Sept 10 and Sept 30, Ernesto entered a black out period. This would allow him to fund the Sept 10 PP while having the expiry date on his Sept 30 warrants extended. If that's the case, I don't know why the PP is still open. Someone in blackout surely can't modify the terms of their PP?

Or perhaps I am misunderstanding and the warrants have expired and this info is not published on SEDI?
