You are absolutely correct.

The question is how much can be sold not will be sold. Who is left with shares from pp's at this moment? Is there a private holder who is throwing in the towel? Does some retail need 1/2 million dollars today? Or are people betting the momentum continues down and they just want cheaper shares tomorrow?
