Not to try to put words in Elmer mouth but is he giving a nod to belief that Teck will backin and our selling of our interest is to get a partner for Teck? It may not seem like a big deal in what he says because some people already believe this will happen but most here believe in a complete buyout , but thats not what Elmer aluded too.
