At Relincho changes in plans for local infrastructure projects necessitates a pause before the completion of the feasibility study.
Neptune Bulk Terminals, of which we have a 46% ownership interest, is expanding its annual coal throughput capacity from 9 million tonnes to 12.5 million tonnes by the spring of 2013 with the addition of a second stacker reclaimer. Completion of the feasibility study for the next expansion phase, which may further increase capacity from 12.5 million tonnes to 18.5 million tonnes, is expected in the fourth quarter of 2012.
Upper Columbia River Basin (Lake Roosevelt)
In October, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Washington heard argument with respect to personal jurisdiction and certain legal issues with respect to CERCLA. The subsequent hearing, with respect to claims for natural resource damages and costs, is expected to be deferred while the remedial investigation and feasibility study being undertaken by Teck American are completed, which is currently expected to occur in 2015.
