A few thoughts:

1. I'm very happy to see the financing share price was kept at $1.15

2. Why did the financing amount change from $4M to $2.5M? Is this a good thing because Copper Fox needs less money than expected? Or is this a bad thing because Ernesto has decided to limit our funding?

3. Is Ernesto in a black out? Some of his old warrants should have expired a month ago and they still have not appeared in SEDI. See SnipGold's insider transactions and you can see that warrants do expire and appear as insider transactions. If he is in a blackout, how can the financing amount be altered?
