On the last three NR's 25 Sept, 17 and 24 Oct, there has been no mention of possible delays or specific timeframe for the release of the BFS. This can be taken either way, depending on which side of the bed you got up at this morning.

A-----IMO, it is either because negotiations are too far advanced and they want to avoid adding any other hands in the pot.

B------Another possibility is that the information is not adding up to the positive projections first talked about, (not likely)

I am sure ther are hundreds of other possibilities on why, we are not getting updated information on the various studies/reviews going on. We are at the mercy of the board in this situation, but knowing their own money involvement in CUU, should add comfort to the wait.
