Ok so if EE was in a blackout in September lets just assume he was because he had seen the BFS before it went to review and the warrants were not exercised or purchased. Why now does the black out get lifted but all the other warrants haven't been exercised or purchased from others in the company? Anyone shed any light on this? Please or an explanation how this could happen.
