Actually using that logic Teck only spends $20 M.

So let us push this logic even further..

In reality, Teck is getting 75% for FREE. Because they would have to spend alot more than 320million, regardless, to get this mine operational.

Yes they must finance CUU up to production, then the money is paid back easily during operation. What major wouldn't want that situation these days, all they have to do is buy CUU , sit and wait lol....

If Teck just takes 75% no buyout, the bidding wars will start... = more money for us.
