With most of us thinking that the BC portion of CUU nearing an end, at most within 5-6 months, and as early as next week, I'm wondering how many of you guys will be sticking around for Arizona?

There are a lot of positives. Proven management, as once Elmer finishes up with SC will have 6 mines under his belt which is impressive to say the least. If EE is still there, than the main problem with juniors and financing continues to be removed. The properties that they got were dirt cheap and will at least have some potential + Elmer must have had good reason to pick up those properties. With the sale of SC, we'll have a lot of good public attention.

However there are negatives to consider and think about too. Although we do think management is great, it's hard to argue for their excellent transparancy and communication ideals. Going along the same lines - keeping managing expectations has been pretty bad, as the BFS is a year or two late and it's been promised for quite some time. We'll be happy once it's over, but doesn't mean the process couldn't have been better - and we may not have an exit strategy like we do with SC in Arizona. Unlike with SC, there won't be any big external factors to get it sold like the Teck agreement. I'm not sure about if there are producing mines that are close by that would want to buy those properties out to expand or any majors in the vicinity to sell - as no one in CUU is a miner, they're explorers and developers. Then there's just the risk of general juniors in "just not finding anything" or at least that's not economical. There's also the political climate in the states, which frankly isn't as good as Canada.

What are your thoughts? Who's going to be following them to Arizona?
