Because we're worth more than 1.15 per share. its that simple. EE's no santa claus, he will negotiate full value otherwise he would be a very bad investor. Some more knowledgable posters than me illustrated several ways to calculate what we are worth. The new BFS will give us the 2012 price tag. Yes he could sell for 1.15. Why would he not? But more importantly why would he?
