Message: EE's investment, what does it really mean?

Hi Neofight. No offence, but I don't think anyone is really here to help you sleep better. This issue has been debated to death for the last year here on Agora and the previous year at SH.

IMHO, there are two schools of thought on EE's investment:

1) EE's low overall book value will allow him to make the quickest deal for a modest premium and a huge personal profit for himself, OR...

2) EE has supported the company thru thick and thin and is interested in the best possible buyout for the biggest possible gain and a much more huge profit than #1.

There is are simple, convincing arguments for both but we can't know for sure.

So far we keep going thru the same debates between 1 and 2 with no guarantees offered.

We are moments to weeks to BFS dropping and opening up the 120 day window. At this point in the game, we should all have our minds made up as to where EE's best strategy is and how that might affect us.

I think at this point there are good gains to be had for new buyers at this level under both scenarios.

ps. I'm leaning with #2
