lol Okay you guys may think I'm off my rocker, but I really didn't think his question was too far out of line. Yes, his presumptions about private conversations were unfounded, unnecessary and likely highly inaccurate, but the underlying question may be a valid concern to many others as well. It's not a bad thing for us all to remind ourselves that EE is still a director of CUU, and his directorial responsibilites have legal ramifications if he blatantly squanders them in favour of personal profit for himself.

I think some of us were a little too fast to jump down the OP's throat. All of his presumed conversations aside (and yes, they should be put aside as unfounded conjecture), it was a relatively fair question to have.
