I don't think it is that strange that the report doesn't mention Schaft Creek. SC doesn't belong to TCK and is a bit removed from what is on the books right now: internal expansion projects like QB2.
As I said before, if TCK started to pump up SC and what it would do to the company, CUU's share price would go thru the roof on buyout speculation. While we do still have the buyout speculation, it is enough of a one-off that anaylysts can't speculate on how that would affect TCK (no BFS, no earn-in declaration).
The article seems positive to the SC scenario though. The cost per lb Cu and the IRR%'s quoted should easily be improved by adding SC to the fold. TCK's current debt to equity is very close to their lower target and well below the upper range - leaving lots of room to scoop up CUU.
