I just walked in to the TD Waterhouse retail office downtown TO. The guy I talked to had just got off the phone with their IT dept. Seems their problem stems from Thomson Reuters who they get their quote feed from in New York. Apparantly they are down so any other brokerage who rely's on TR may also be down.
