Message: A Quick Reminder

Of what we have.

Casey Research uses 8 P's to evaluate if a company is worth putting their money into or not.

People: We have Elmer who's brought 5 mines to production before. A billionaire who's family comes from a mining background.

Property: Probably the largest mine-to-be in North America, especially considering how much of the property we've actually explored and how much more is possibly left to still be found. Consider how rare it is to find 1 million ounces of gold. We have 10 (although low grade).

Phinancing: We have a billionaire to finance us. Billionaires don't just put their money anywhere, nor do they do so without expecting a good return. We've recieved interest free loans from insiders.

Paper: Considering the size of the deposit, we have a decent share structure. Insiders don't sell except Davids wife and collectively own more than 60% of the company. There isn't cheap paper out there that's going to bring our price down, and the people that own the paper are working to unlock the value of it.

Promotion: Admittedly lacking on this front, but IMO strategic. We don't require a high SP because our intended goal is to sell and that's entirely based on the BFS. We're actually saving money by not spending millions on promoting - when at the end of the day we'll get the same share price when we're sold. It's also possible that we want to keep this on the down-low to appease Teck.

Politics: Vancouver is pretty mining friendly and we can see that the federal government is pretty good for us to. Canada in general is amazing when you see what else is going on around the world. Shane has done a wonderful job with working with the local Talhatan and we have no environmental problems, no water etc.

Push: The thing we've all been waiting for. The BFS. We have a few pushes. The BFS being the main thing, and Teck's decision being the other. We all see this coming to an end very soon and this should be done within the year. At the very worst, if Teck takes a full 120 days we're supposed to finish our EA by Q1 of 2013 and this will be even more of a turn-key operation. The push is coming soon.

Price: People like David who's a CA and vice-chairman of Burgeonvest-Bick Securities putting his own money at prices that are multiples of what we're currently at. Options for employee's that are nearly 60-70% more than they are today, with insiders buying on the market and financing at much higher costs.
