BRoF- So why did they take out the Environment Assessment? This seems strange to me. Thoughts?

Good catch BRoF. My take for the change would be that CUU will not require the funds for that purpose. You can take that to mean either they don't need the funds for the Environmental Application or that someone else will be responsible for that application going forward.

I like the sound and implication of the latter.
