I don't think Teck has seen anything final yet. Sure they are doing their own numbers - anyone would. Teck probably has an advantage for some components in the Capex that they can incorporate in their own model. They may also want to consider how the deep 'mine beneath the mine' - outside of our BFS - would be mined and if the current BFS plan works with mining that deep stuff without having to re-dig everything.

Stopping the drills early could mean 'good enough' or 'stop bothering'. Since we have shown some mineralization in Mike and Discovery, I'm thinking 'good enough', lets' stop spending money.
