No argument that CAPEX will probably be higher than the original, that's what Elmer said a while back anyway - no BSing there from management. The fact that CAPEX is going up everywhere is great, since it makes everything relative. So as long as CUU management can deliver the CAPEX at below industry average all is good; thus far I have no information to say they will or will not do so. Your BS on significant increase in CAPEX is just that, a lot of speculation BS to suit your personal needs/agenda - BS in other words.
