I am guessing when CUU hit $0.99 towards the end of October that ~130k shares of short interest was forced to cover its position.

All I am saying is if I were trying to short CUU its volume and price makes it very difficult. If it were at $2.60 with good volume and the short interest disapeared then that might mean something.
