My understanding is that when the BB's get tight, the SP often breaks out dramatically into a new trend. We've been in a bit of a down trend since the $1.20s and leveled out ~$1.05ish.

We could start a new trend down or break out of this trend going up. With the amount of volume on the Bid, I think it makes a good case for going up. These folks might have to move their prices up a bit to chase any breakout. Conversely, they are there to absorb a fantastic amount of selling volume and form solid support around $1.00
