IMO, either Teck or CUU may need to clarify the slide and explain why, teck is "unofficially" giving us some form of information that they are looking at taking 75%. Even though it's not an official NR, it does produce information that may not be known to the general public.. We were lucky here that many of the contributors go well above to find this vital info, but many other investors don't have these sources of information. I am very curious to know if, CUU as seen this slide.

In the end, it tells me that Teck will be going for 75% minimum, the question now is who will battle for the other 25%.
