That timeline estimate is based on a 'weeks not months' comment made by management. 7 weeks from the comment would be the 21st. A little literal, and its basing it on an off the cuff statement which was taken at face value when management has been wrong based on actual given dates, not just inferred accidental ones. That said I'd be quite happy with it coming out before then.
