Well Art I'am in the same boat. My thinking is that some of the posters are right. Tech has 4 billion in the bank earning intrest and know they can't do anything till spring so it's hold off as long as they can (keep earning intrest ). But I say that they will want to do the take over before the newyear reason being is tax purposes, after all in the following few years they will have the capex for the tax man.

So I think we both may have to indure the bitter cold of 2012 but 2013 I'am planning on a tropical holiday.
