Teck knows that people will come for the dividends equals driving the share price up. Oh while we are on a high we will turn around and divy out some shares to CUU for a monster deposit with huge cash flow and pay back period. Then Teck turns around and sell 40 percent to another major and their cash is topped up again to buy back shares etc. Start the build at half the outlay rather than 100% and no 4 year timeline.
