Its Christmas / Miracle time

Looks like we get to join all the Giddy children eagerly waiting for Santa, in our case Santa Elmer or Santa Keevill (Teck) to unload their sack of goodies. Like the Children, I don't want to wait for Christmas (nor do I think we will have to, JMO).

Time to bring on the joyous miracle that is the BFS and buyout.

Please oh please Santa Elmer. I have been a very good boy this year, and last year, and the year before that.
