I'm far less concerned about playing catch up than I am about trying to get out when a market routing comes. As a trader it's my duty to protect capital first and foremost. I do not believe the company has the BFS in hand and that can only mean they have a serious problem to solve. The BFS is a material document. It has to be released good or bad and it is not on the table. Therefore it is not done. They are not explaining themselves so it can't be good news. Do you have a logic counter to this claim? Explain to me how they can with hold a material document while not breaking the laws of disclosure.
