One thing is for certain. Management should be more upfront with investors and provide news releases more periodically instead of us speculating on what is the delay in releasing the BFS.

We would all love to have more NRs and be kept up to date with what is happening but if they are in negotiations you will never hear about it ( not even a hint ) until they announce that they are being bought out.
