I've posted about NCU before and I agree. NCU also has Jay Collins from Merit on board. So why cant CUU get anything done on time? Sure, factor in the much larger project and logistics. But even then how can you miss the completion dates by multiple months! It is very astounding how little tangible information is available to explain the missed timelines.
