Is there a reason why you think we will get to see a BFS if a buyout is really what's cooking?

Yes, in all my talks with management they have always stated that they will publish the BFS regardless of what Teck decides to do. Also, if the price is high enough I think Teck shareholders will demand to know why they are paying such a high price for SC so a release of the BFS would satisfy them as well. It would also satisfy us as we need to know that we are getting full value for SC also.
