It's a big document. You have to be very exact on what you put in there.

We are not at the stage where we see sudden delays in BFS because of man power or other reasons.

September 25th. They announced the BFS will undergo peer review. If it's not somewhat finished, why would you go do a peer review?

Let go of the past history of missed deadlines. We are at the very end of the game. BFS is almost done.
