The BFS review should be done by now. Two months is a very lengthy review. Even Mike indicated he was expecting weeks and not months.

I can think of two plausible scenarios. The delay has something to do with Teck (buyout, awaiting Galore Creek sale, funding partner, etc).

Or the delay is because there is something flawed with the BFS. Normally I would doubt this option because hiding material information could expose them to lawsuits. However, managements treatment of delays in the past has jaded me somewhat.
