Lol, I don't know if you did that on purpose but you cut off my quote where I said "and that's if she even knew something nerfarious was." and you went on to say "to her knowledge, that is the truth" which I had already acknowledged. As for saying "no comment" or "I cannot tell you anything" to a question of if there's any issues or problems, that's as good as saying there is. That sort of answer only works on things that both parties are aware can't be talked about (such as Elmer being unable to talk about BFS specifics or release dates).

As for price manipulation, I don't disagree that it's going on and I'm not happy, but I'm also not too worried about the SP (for myself, I feel for those that need to sell). It'll be fair value when it will be, and until that time we just need to wait, even if we shouldn't be according to managements prior guidance.
