I notice that Teck already has contracted port space at Ridley Terminals in Prince Rupert. Assuming this is the port where Elmer reserved some 'extra' space?

Oh and that space Teck signed for? Its LONG-TERM (10 yrs) for 'coal'

Also noticed that there was an update to environmental Assessment Agency's CUU file this past April. Reading it I'm not sure exactly what detail was added, but I think it shows that in 2010 there was an intent for an EA study, and now they indicate that the comprehensive study commenced on Sept 27, 2010.
