If they don't we're in real big trouble. They must have received it last week or early this week. It's not possible for the BFS to still be getting fine tuned. The only logical thing there would be a serious problem. So it's safe to assume Teck has it. So the next question is: How long can this be with held from us (the people who paid for it)? Elmer told me that Teck only gets the normal NR review time. That, by my clock, has passed.

A couple of weeks ago the company had a pow wow this should have been followed by delivering the BFS to Teck. And this week, no news. Do we get notification the CUU has completed its contractual obligations? Do we get to see a copy of the report? How long can this be kept secret from us? Are we not entitled to have the market respond?
