I had asked of the next steps after the completion of the BFS. Several weeks ago my source commented that a board meeting would need to take place. I was also told a week or so for BFS and that did not happen.

Therefore I agree that if a board meeting was held it results in the current broader blackout of new folks. I have been waiting for this to happen as a sign of progress.
